Which Greens to Use in Your Smoothies?

This is a great time to get curious and interested in learning about greens. What’s in season? What’s bitter versus mild? What’s bland versus tangy? What has aroma or spice? The more you learn about your greens, the more you can take charge of your smoothie journey.
